Do I pay for leads?
No. There are no lead fees on Tradeify. You don't pay to see a job, to contact the customer or to send a quote. Pro is one subscription that covers every job in your area, and it's free until you win your first job through us.
The only other charge is a small fee on payments customers make to you through Tradeify.
How do jobs reach me?
Homeowners describe the job to Brick or fill in a short form. When it matches your trades and the area you cover, it shows up in your job feed and we send you a notification and an email. You see the spec, the photos and the rough location before you decide to quote.
When do I get paid?
When the customer pays your invoice, the money is held for 48 hours so they can check the work. If they confirm it's done sooner, it's released straight away. Then it's paid out to your bank account. Deposits and staged payments work the same way, each with its own 48 hour hold.
If a customer raises a problem, the money stays held while you sort it out together, with our team stepping in if you can't agree.
What do I need to get verified?
Your VAT or CRO number (or your sole trader tax registration) and a current public liability insurance certificate. You can also add tax clearance, Safe Electric or RECI, RGII, SEAI registration and trade body memberships, and each one shows as a badge on your profile. We'll remind you before anything expires.
Can I bring my existing customers?
Yes. Add them one by one or import a spreadsheet, then quote and invoice them through Tradeify so all your work is in one place. Their details are private to your business and are never shared.
Is my phone number or email shown publicly?
No. Your phone number and email are never shown on your profile, and they're hidden in messages too. Customers talk to you through Tradeify chat, and the job's exact address is only shared with you once you're booked.
